Our Latest News and Updates

July 2016 - Issue 21

I am writing this sitting on our patio looking at the beautiful Tsitsikama mountains.  After the gentle rain last night everything is sparkling in the morning sunlight.  We certainly do live in a beautiful part of the world.

It is a pleasure to see the five new cottages occupied and their residents making a wonderful effort to plan and plant up their new gardens.  The many upgrades to re-sponsored cottages, the on-going maintenance to the communal areas and gardens improve the overall appearance of the whole village.

The residents feedback meetings provide informal occasion  for residents to freely express their concerns and opinions.  It is also a time for the House Committee to give anupdate on the village.  No agenda is set and no minutes kept.  This format seems to be appreciated by most residents.

Hooray!  We will pass the winter solstice on 21st June.

Now sit back and enjoy this new issue of FGV news compiled by Sandra for your enjoyment.
